Downloads, answers and a way to reach me — all in one place.

ORDERS & DOWNLOADS

After your purchase you will receive an order confirmation email. Your downloads and licence keys are in your Oracle Sound account: log in with the email you checked out with and open My Products. There is no password to set. Enter your email and type in the one-time code it sends you.

Plugin installers are also on the downloads page, Mac and Windows, with the user manual next to each one. Drum MIDI, groove and tone packs download from your account only.

If something is missing, quote your order number when you get in touch.

Every plugin purchase comes with one licence key for that plugin. Log in to your Oracle Sound account, open My Products and press Copy licence key on the plugin. Keys start with OSL1. and are one long line, so use the copy button.

Open the plugin, click INFO, choose Enter licence key, paste, and press Activate. DrumMIDI Mapper is a standalone app: its button is Activate licence. The key is checked offline, works on every computer you own and never expires.

Step by step, with the fixes for a rejected key, on the activation page. RITUAL 2 is free and needs no key.

Yes. Every plugin page has Download for Windows and Download for Mac buttons under Add to cart. The installer is the full plugin with a 10-day trial. Nothing is cut down, and there is no card to enter.

When you buy, your licence key unlocks the same install. There is nothing to reinstall.

Packs are not on the downloads page. They download from your Oracle Sound account: open My Products, press Download ZIP on the pack, then Save.

Each link is ready for 15 minutes. If it expires before you save the file, request another. You can come back and download your packs again any time.

Files are hosted on Microsoft Azure. If a download fails, try again after clearing your cache, and download large files one at a time. Pack download links from your account are valid for 15 minutes, so request a fresh one if it has expired.

If it keeps failing, get in touch with your order number and I will sort it out.

Drum MIDI, groove and tone packs come as archives because of the size of the .wav files inside.

Once downloaded, extract the .zip or .rar with software such as WinRAR or 7-Zip. The extracted folder has all your MIDI or captures ready to go.

Plugin installers are not archives. Run the .exe on Windows or open the .pkg on Mac.

Your Oracle Sound account lists your purchases under the email you used at checkout, including older orders, with the current version of each plugin.

If an older order is not showing, get in touch with the order number and it will be added to your account.

Products are matched to the email address on the order. If you bought with a different email, or the order was a gift, log in with the address you checked out with, or send the order number to support and it will be moved onto your account.

Just bought something? Give it a couple of minutes, then reload My Products.

Yes. Install the plugin on each computer and paste the same licence key. There is no machine limit and nothing to deactivate when you move.

Packs can be downloaded again from your account whenever you need them.

If you were not taken to an order confirmation page with an order number nor did you receive an email with a confirmed order than no order was placed.

Confirm with your payment provider if you were billed. 100% of the time your card or billing was declined.

This can be confirmed via email if you request it to be followed up.

If you never received the confirmation email check your junk folder and also make sure you use an active email address on your purchase. Throw away or dummy email addresses are not recommended: the order confirmation goes to that address, and your account, where your downloads and licence keys live, is keyed to it.

Your email address is what your Oracle Sound account is keyed to: it is how your downloads and licence keys are linked to you, and where your order confirmation goes.

I do not use your email address for anything other than news and product delivery. You can unsubscribe at any point.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The files you download are .MID and .WAV files that will work with any DAW.

Works with Cubase, Logic, Pro Tools, Reaper, FL Studio and more...

The Midi triggers your drum sample library and will work with SSD, GGD, Counterkit, EZDRUMMER, Superior Drummer and more.

Some software uses different midi maps, and our midi map is available to view and download here.

No.

These files are MIDI Libraries and are not a drum sound library.

We recommend software such as GGD, SSD, Ez Drummer or Superior Drummer for that.

This is to make it as simple as possible to start your creation process and get writing. A complete track dragged and dropped into your DAW is a lot faster to inspire the creative process.

Alternatively, we do sell groove libraries HERE if that is more so what you require.

I am constantly writing more and more songs in various styles and genres. Chances are your preferred genre is coming soon.

No. Not at this time. That will be coming soon enough through my studio Oracle Sound.

Please keep in mind Oracle Sound is a one man operation so I endeavor to reply to all enquiries when I can. Don't hesitate to get in touch via email if needed.
